In accordance with NSW state law, including but not limited to the Liquor Act 2007, all bar staff, managers, and licensees on site at Art of Living are formally trained in the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and hold appropriate certification and credentials to this effect. Art of Living has the responsibility of ensuring that measures for the safe consumption of alcohol are to be followed to minimise the risk of harm to oneself and others.
These measures will include, but are not limited to:
- Alcohol will only be served at designated, signposted areas on site at this event.
- RSA marshals will be used to monitor and manage patrons.
- Alcohol will only be served at this event during designated times.
- Alcohol content will be measured and discernible.
- Individuals under the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter designated areas where the responsible service of alcohol is being conducted.
- Liquor cannot be taken beyond the signposted areas indicated on site under any circumstances.
