The AOLF Executive Committee warmly invites our Organising Committee members, partners, sponsors and volunteers to join us for a relaxed thank‑you gathering celebrating everything we created together.

What’s happening
10:00am – 4:00pm – Continuation of the Community Mosaics Project
Finish the bird baths begun during the festival and help create a new bird bath for the community’s public sculpture collection.
12:00pm – 2:00pm Thank You Celebration
Presentation from 12noon – 12:30 followed by informal catch up with other AOLf supporters.
Light refreshments, a short thank‑you presentation, volunteer prize draws, and the launch of the AOLF 2026–2030 Five‑Year Plan.
